The Founder
Karryn's journey began in 2019 with a strong background in real estate development, construction, and sales. Her passion for real estate development led her to start her career working for an award-winning design-build firm in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Gaining invaluable experience managing small business operations, she went on to renovate three houses, developing hands-on expertise in every aspect of the development process, including site procurement, market analysis, design, construction processes, furnishing, and bookkeeping.
As the real estate development market cooled, Karryn identified an opportunity to leverage her extensive administrative experience and pivoted to offer these services through Elef. By bringing the same dedication and passion to this new venture, Elef ensures businesses across all industries thrive with professional, personalized support.
